Combining with Sizzle gives Critical Metals US$159m (A$249m) in funding. EUR owns approximately 80% of Critical Metals, which means just its cash position alone is worth A$200m.

At 10c, EUR's market cap is only A$140m. Which means it is now trading at way below its future cash position, not to mention the flagship Wolfsberg Lithium Project.

sizzle isnt being valued at much , means the market isnt hot for this deal. please bear this mind. numerous posts above.

wolfberg, tiny jorc, underground, is not worth $1.3billion aud. you can pick up GL1 with double the jorc for 1/3 of the price.

market has yet to approve of this valuation- i doubt it will. its absurd.
