Incoming management will review the property. Upon completion of the deal, Tony Sage was appointed as chairman of the company, while David Holden resigned. The company's former Chairman Paul Lloyd will remain as a nonexecutive director.The company's shares will be readmitted to quotation on the ASX and will trade under the EUR ticker code.
