She does make a point, However there is a process, it was started and then it faced delays and more delays. It also faced opposition which was countered by "if processing it locally is a deal breaker, then we will move it." The processing could be moved, the mine cannot. The obstacles were removed. Only give energy to what you can change. Either the locals want the mine and the work and the security of supply etc or they don't. They have already said that they want the mine.
