Hi all. In the interest of keeping hopes up. Out of all shareholdings in my portfolio, I hold EUR at high regard.
I am of the view that we are at the cusp of more SPAC mergers to come. I am also of the view that we would be pivotal at the eventual reconstruction of Ukraine's industries post the war. Until then, Wolfsberg project serves as flagship.
My disappointment comes from the thought that EUR's SPAC merger creates an environment no longer SSDD but unfortunately the market didn't see it that way on 1st day of trading since Nasdaq listing (despite contrary to the fact) and treated EUR as SSDD. From an ASX perspective, we are at the same place as we have always been for the past 2yrs, which is contrary to the fact. We have had multiple events over the past 2yrs of progress unlocking value but the market doesn't react. As if nothing happened. Kind of used to it. Kind of sick of it. It's like no amount of progress get recognised or refused to be recognised despite how difficult they are to achieve and that's the hard pill to swallow.
However, we know the facts! The fact is we are multiples of value than the meagre AUD100M market cap. I'm 100% convinced eventually the market will wake up to EUR's true value. Yes a billion. Yes most likely more than that. When that would be, I don't know but onwards we go, no matter the headwinds, let's look at what we need to do as a company next.

@TechSpec00, not even a binding offtake agreement with BMW gets EUR any love (I mean, come on! Really? Fine.). The Nasdaq listing just gets added to that list. For those new here, hence expectation of a re-rate, in time, once all these combined progress that had no reaction from the market, recognition would all happen at once upon achieving the very expensive and difficult goal of a Nasdaq listing.
Hold strong. These assets and progress are not fake, they are very real and of value even if the market still doesn't see it yet. EUR is not $100M company it is more than that. I refuse to believe some other ASX-listed companies with nothing but permit to drill, are valued more than EUR. It's just not correct.
So
@TechSpec00 suggestion is not a bad one, issue 100M CRML shares, even at a discount price of $5 per share gets a $500M capital injection. That is something the market definitely can't ignore. It proves liquidity. More so, cash is king. Of course it will depends on market share price, so here's hoping it remains elevated in the next 60 days above $11.50, with further hope above $15-$20. It's also reliant on sentiment and confidence, ie. do we even have any interests to acquire CRML shares? How about issue in increments but start with GEM's $125M, with a small parcel of 5M shares, total $ depending on market share price. Create liquidity while unlocking progress eg. Saudi hydroxide plant, Zone2 drillings and EIA progress.
PR and IR is lacking if to be seen as a billion dollar company, there needs improvement there. Where are the interviews with trusted media? Fringe media and YouTube doesn't count. Schedule time with AFR, The Australian, whoever. Now that we are in the U.S. capital market - Fox, Bloomberg, etc. Speak of winning the lithium supply chain competition against Russia and China. Speak of how a slow Europe and they are losing the race so they need to act faster. I can think of a lot of ways to get more attention on CRML/EUR.
What I do know is the Nasdaq listing has put us on the U.S. capital market map. ASX fundies are also now watching EUR, even if they still haven't taken a position and acquired shares, they are most definitely watching now. So Tony/Carolyn keep pushing! Keep progressing! Let's get more American and Saudi capital onboard to build better liquidity, certainty and confidence!
If Q1 wasn't our quarter, then so be it. There are three more quarters to this year, armed with Nasdaq-listing let's make it count!
PS. For the downrampers, you've had your chance to rub salt to the wound. Don't be a party pooper and deflate the positive sentiment I'm providing to fellow long term shareholders. For once, can you step back and reel in the urge to be negative? Ta
Have a nice weekend all. Cheers
