Hi @TechSpec00 and @LivithiuM as mentioned the final post Closing was not known to the public.. however it has now been released just now if you'd like to check.
There are 81,639,881 ordinary shares post Closing, as of 1st March 2024. EUR holds 67,788,383 shares (83.8%). Empery holds 8,149,000 shares (9.8%). The remaining 6.4% totalling 5,702,498 shares not fully clear the breakdown but safe to assume this would be for the others. 91% of total shares are subject to lock up period.
I've attached three screenshots. Can only attach three so chose pages 2, 10 and 11.
TechSpec, I'm not fully clear on agreement with GEM sorry. Haven't had chance to break it down but if you're able, would be much helpful to be posted here for all to have better understanding. Cheers
