it is addition of new asset and it is through CRML so technically valuation should go up.
another note asset is in ireland which would be again safe asset
this will also intensify saudi arabia process facility because more lithium would come under processing plant i.e., ROI on investment would be high so saudi would be more intrested in JV and put money into projects.
