Cansomeone who believes in the success of European Lithium, answer me thequestion, what happened to the drilling results expected from Dublin since the4Quartal 2019, because without drilling results no analysis on the lithiumcontent of the samples , and no completion of the DSF!!!

Inaddition, as announced, a drilling program deeper 300 meters and the reflectionof the current resources , to increase the mining amount is still missing

Theproblem with the landowner H. Glock seems also not yet solved ...see15.09.2020, otherwise it would already be reported.

One hasnow a little money again, but whether that is enough to make the lithiumproject in Austria and at the same time the gold project in Australia, to paydebts / salaries, etc.?

Whathappened to the 2 million from 31.07.2020? ..... in 2020 was not worked on theproject at all....

    • Metallurgical Test-work to be completed ahead of schedule and within budget

    • Bulk sample advantageous for final design of Lithium Hydroxide plant

    • Management and investors visit Dorfner/Anzaplan’s metallurgical pilot plant facilities

Dorfner/Anzaplan (Dorfner) were appointed for the complex metallurgical test-work. Test-work samples were shipped directly to Dorfner from the Company’s -70 mm bulk samplestockpiles. Dr Haus, managing director, and Dr Graf, business unit director, advised the Company of the progress of the metallurgical test-work as part ofEuropean Lithium’s DFS, confirming test-work will be completed within budget and ahead of schedule (within the next 2 months).

The Company will update the market once Dorfner complete the full and final report which is anticipated within 2 months. This report together with all other workwill be collated and used to prepare the final DFS.

    • Dorfner/Anzaplan continuedand completed metallurgical test work and pilot processing in Q4/2019, finalreport will be published in Q1/2020

    • Application for the deep holes with more than 300m of depth covering phase 2 of the drilling program in Zone 1 has been lodged in Q4/2019 to the mining authority.

During the quarter, the Company announced that it had agreed to a long-term debt facility of EUR 7.5m with a Swiss based sophisticated investor which will be used instead of the facility with Winance.

On 30 December 2019, the Company announced that it had agreed to a long-term debt facility of EUR 7,500,000 with a Swiss based sophisticated investor introduced by Helvetican International AG (Debt Facility). The Debt Facility will allow the Company to repay the residual amount owing to Winance, to complete the DFS at the Company’s Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Austria and for general working capital purposes.

Drilling In Q4 2019 drill core samples continued to be assayed at ALS laboratory in Dublin, Ireland where crushing, pulp and Li2O analysis was completed. However, we needed to resend a few samples to laboratory to confirm the results. The Company expects the final results from phase 1 drilling in Q1/2020

During the 4th quarter, Dorfner/Anzaplan completed the metallurgic

al test work to assess and optimize the process lines, flowsheets and layouts. This testing is to ensure a high-quality final product (Lithium Hydroxide) is produced using the most efficient and competitive metallurgical processes from the beginning of the production cycle. All metallurgic test work took place at the pilot plant for the Wolfsberg Project at Dorfner/Anzaplan’s testing facility in Hirschau, Germany and were completed in Q4 2019. The results will be published in a timely manner during Q1/2020, based on the comprehensive and detailed technical report.

LandAccess Necessary fieldwork at the Project concluded without further obstructionby the landowner, based on the ruling of the arbitrational tribunal from 26June 2017, in favour of ECM Lithium GmbH (ECM), validating the waiver agreementfrom 15 April 2011 (Waiver Agreement) which grants ECM the right to accede toand use Glock Gut property. Although the landowner made further attempts toterminate the Waiver Agreement it constitutes an improper action in accordancewith the Waiver Agreement and the 2017 ruling of the arbitrational tribunal andis now subject to possible future arbitration. ECM expect this arbitration toclose in its favour and remains in close contact with all parties to find anamicable solution to the matter

    ++++++++++++++++++++++

Only when the drilling results from Dublin , the results of Dorfner and further drilling can be made (Land Access-Glock) I see a good future for EL,
until then the price will probably continue to fall because of capital increases, or not rise.

As I said, this is my personal opinion and should not lead to buy or sell.
