As quoted 22/4/22: This letter along with the proxy form will be sent to Shareholders either via physical mail or electronically via email depending on the Shareholders' elected communication preferences with the Share Registry – Computershare Investor Services.

In accordance with the requirements under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), each Resolution will be decided by poll based on proxy votes and by votes from Shareholders in attendance at the Meeting. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote by lodging the proxy form attached to this letter, in accordance with the instructions set out in the proxy form, by no later than 10.00am WST on Wednesday, 25th May 2022 (being at least 48 hours prior to the start of the Meeting).
