EMN days are numbered, the company will NEVER make money. The cost to produce will be double the product value. The cost of production will be so much that it would be cheaper to purchase high grade Mn ore from South Africa which is currently under US$3.65/dmtu.
At least the Directors will still be able to keep their snouts at the trough until the funds are all spent.
