Interesting interview, to me the clearest statement that scale-up has been the issue with P-D getting to market. While that's what a lot of people here had figured was going on, I think this is the closest we've gotten to a confirmation that this is the issue.

The question: is the company battling "known unknowns" where it's clear what the issues are with scaling up and they just have to crunch through them, or are there "unknown unknown's that are causing issues. I normally think of the latter as more of a problem with, eg, companies battling to scale up drug manufacture.
