My biggest concern with the lack of clarity on other debts, is that should a number of larger investors get wind of actual debt reduction being better than what's being released, then why would they not do a hostile takeover at say 30c and get TER at a fraction of its worth?
I don't have to remind UNV holders of this scenario.
