1 The market cap is too high and top heavy with speculation.
2 Their real debt seems to be a moving target.
3 The coal price is too high to value this company at a long term price.
4 A sneeze in the coal price will send this stock tumbling because forward earnings are based on unrealistic long term coal prices.
5 They are too eager to pay a dividend which is short sighted and an indication of poor planning.
