Suda has global IP rights across multiple delivery systems.
The patent covers very broad routes of administration beyond proprietary oro mucosal and hydrotope technologies, including trans dermal patches and creams and lotions and gels and injectable formulations.
What does this mean in terms of possible forthcoming deals?
Will Suda stick to oro mucosal delivery only?
Can Hopper do a deal with IMU for injectable rights?
Does this open the door to a world of opportunity and deals on other delivery platforms?
Appreciate any feedback from those more knowledgeable than myself.
Don't want to get too far ahead of myself, but I'm just seeing future $$$$$$$$ with this one.
