It does seem a bigger gap but it is roughly 4 times either way, so the same ratio. The problem with consolidations is that they are frequently used for shares in a downtrend and the downtrend often continues so they are generally seen as negative imo.
I personally don't see any benefit to doing a consolidation and would be quite happy if they never did one.
I am really rapt that the 0.4c line has been wiped. The way things were looking at the beginning of the day, it wasn't looking likely. One small step...
