GCM's single-crystal mullite fibres are an interesting project, and it’s cool to see them pushing the boundaries with their topaz-based approach. But realistically, it's still pretty early stage and probably not something that adds much value to the market cap just yet. If they can figure out the scalability, it might turn into something, but for now, it’s more of a potential future play than a current game-changer.
