they did sue…..for slanderous comments about a director and the CEO and for incorrect /unvalidated claims in the report. Also note that the publisher of the short seller report claimed DLE to be unproven technology that wouldn’t work…..that guy then went to work for a DLE start up in Anson resources …. Bit strange claiming something won’t work and then going to work in that very field.

also for the question as to how much have directors sold. Francis sold $7m worth of stock over 2 years ago, to buy a house and facilitate his families relocation to London….when his holdings were worth over $100m. So if you’re trying to say directors have been selling and the ship is sinking…why wouldn’t he have sold the entire $100m. He also hasn’t sold a single share since then and as far as I can see no other director has sold any significant amount., likely none at all.
