~ They are also raising money to expand into offsure production and both companies are looking to progressively work toward higher production
~ They both work in automotive (Carbon Revolution obvs more niche)
Surely their is cross-pollination synergies/IP synergies/knowledge sharing/cost savings/strategy cross over
