    No, you are correct that the Li processing method has not yet been selected. Sorry, should have been clearer in my post...was a little rushed.

    EMH has an option agreement with PLP to use the L-Max technology, which has demonstrated capability at bench scale to produce Li carbonate from Li mica. In addition, Anzaplan has been engaged to trial other methods in a trade-off study as part of the PFS.

    To date Sileach has demonstrated the ability to leach Li from Li mica, but Li carbonate is yet to be precipitated from the leach liquor. In addition, EMH and LIT could not agree to commercial terms for EMH to access LIT's L-Max licence.

    So why would EMH negotiate access to a process that hasn't yet demonstrated the ability to produce Li carbonate, particularly when the process is being developed by a company with which EMH has failed to negotiate acceptable terms in the past? I can't see it happening.
