Another strategic milestone. I won't be surprised if we hear about more Euro collaborations. The EPFL one has brought a huge technological breakthrough in recent times.
AXE is drilling down to a commercially viable chip. Leveraging existing tech processes as much as possible, assessing which trade-offs will speed up practical quantum computing at the mobile semi conductor level. Quantum physics for physics' sake is one thing, actually producing a quantum chip at volume is another. I think AXE has it's eye on the prize.
