Yesterday's announcement was very poorly worded imo.
The announcement which flags a changed European strategy because of the court case clearly sends the wrong message to shareholders.

The announcement should have opened with "the company's number one priority is to achieve a positive outcome in relation to the court action and it will vigorously pursue every legal option available in the interests of shareholders.
The company's European strategy therefore remains unchanged.
Investigations into other deposits in Portugal and Sweden will accordingly be ongoing."

Would the board please stay on the front foot!
