Next big announcement is permit. That is still 2-3 months out (allegedly). Between then and now there will be another quarterly report, and that will show talga's coffers dwindling.
Maybe this is the end, but maybe there will be another nadir as well, before permit. I am not advocating buying today or selling-- but if there are those wishing to "top off" still, I would not be the least bit surprised if there is one last great chance. Markets hate uncertainty.
