Ok lets look at the facts.
Talga been in negotiations with Mitsui for more than a year. In November Talga extended MOU with Mitsui. Mitsui is a financier. That is what they bring to the table. They are the same type of animal as Pallinghurst. Provide funding for equity stake in start-ups. Pallinghurst took 21% equity stake in Nouveau Monde graphite at a 20% discounted share price of $8.6.
Capital raising to fund 19ktpa will be from Mitsui, cause why else would Talga extend the MOU.
