... sales revenue for whatever a pilot project will produce. Two positives then: 1. they might actually have to reveal a) what size units were installed and b) what they actually produced and 2. If it succeeds they might be able to claim to be at TRL 7 right?
We can deduce that the CETO project (2015?) failed to get them to TRL 7 (although they didn't publish a report on what was achieved or learnt etc). Anyway - just 10 short years later (and another $50M or so) they are back in the water with another attempt. AT least the guy that failed to deliver previously as CTO is now the CEO. We can say that CCE has tried to keep incompetent continuity (at both O-level and the Board).
