Money coming in, what ever it is, will be a good thing and will add to the electricity revenue from GI. And, as far as I am aware, symbolically the first revenue raised from wave energy anywhere in the world (I might be wrong).
From the presentation, they will be deploying buoyancy actuators with 1 MW capacity.
