re: Ann: Euroports - Co-investors take 29.7% ... Euroports was bought piecemeal so it is difficult to compare EBITDA/EV multiples - but they generally paid around mid 10s I believe so selling now for 10.9 seems good.

However not sure what book value is for these assets - if BBI had sold at or close to book then they would have bragged about it in the release - given that nothing was mentioned makes me think they took a hit.

To markedly improve their financial position they really need a big sale - its down to DBCT.
