I was agreeing with you bellcurve until you came out with that. As far as giving back to the Cambodian Government and People it is my belief that this will occur naturally for every "extra" dollar of net taxable profit that EMR make in that part of the world, 25cents/Dollar for the first 5 years then increasing to 30cents in the Dollar thereafter.

As far as this comment is concerned I reckon you should give a thought to where Australia would be without a mining industry at the moment and it wouldn't be pretty I can assure you. So as far as EMR being a first mover in Cambodia I see it as baby steps and a step in the right direction for them. There would be plenty of other less scrupulous companies from "other parts of the world" that would be in there just for themselves if they got the chance!, and giving back SFA!!
