Morningstar valuation - geesh - would not rely on that. It may be fairly valued - right now. But it always about potential - something that humans can calculate.
Americans always pay more for bio/drugs a lot more - it is the way their system is setup and this will continue. it is why any biotech in the world needs to crack it in the Us Market and if so they have made it and why the FDA is the main game
