Very simple really. Almost every juniors raise money every 6 months or so. CY5 will need to raise $20-30mil. The price action is suggesting that. Why do youthink it's 12c when copper price is near break out of 10,000? Plus, companies don't normally put out presentation materials for fun, it's to raise money.
