The company had A$15M in the bank at the start of 2025, and was awarded an additional C$1.3M through Canada's Critical Minerals Infrastructure Fund (6th February announcement).
I don't believe retail investors know what the planned expenditures are for each quarter in 2025 given the recent acquisition of the Canadian project.
Therefore, assuming they will need to do a CR is premature, as is any expectation that $20-30M will need to be raised shortly.
While it is a no brainer that junior resource companies need to do capital raises to develop, there is no concrete evidence when & how much they may need to raise at some point in the medium to longer term future. As a shareholder, no has told me.
I am waiting to see a clear strategy and plans to expand the resource, leading to production and increases in shareholder value.
In the meantime, it's business as usual. I am expecting to see further announcements and presentations which provide a clearer strategy and roadmap on what their plans are and when. I am expecting more regular news flows to start in Q2, given the project in Canada has only recently been completed. It has huge potential, as outlined in the Comprehensive PEA completed in 2022 by Dore Copper.
