I just cant see Mitsui or Beach being interested in tolling gas for Strike, not anytime soon. Being years behind and still 6 months off producing, they will be wanting to export as much of their reserve asap. Tolling gas would be only a few $/gj and pocket money compared to the export rate they can get. That said once they have exhausted reserves in the future they may be interested. Strike needs some solid direction right now to prevent things getting piecemeal and messy.
