I read with great interest the different scenarios put forward by the various posters on this forum.
If this, in any way, reflects the discussions within the BOD, I am warming to the idea of a third party (consultant) being given the job of recommending a strategic direction.
IMO, this is the result of the BOD having analysis paralysis. Too complex for them to handle now that SN has left the scene.
Not a good look for the future, whichever way you approach it. J L.
