    Heres a crazy idea.

    Mitsui buys out BPT to get 100% of Waitsia (post fix)
    Gina does a JV with Mitsui - as she then has a ready made plant.

    Mitsui does some kind of deal with STX to access fully permitted gas >> into Waitsia as well.

    Question is what does Gina use her newly bought farm for....truffles??
