Strategic review is just another way of saying for sale.
The concern must be that we’re getting nowhere with that sale. And Nev is trying to to get institutions on board. And that’s getting nowhere given the volume and stagnating share price.
There’s just no demand for stx shares. can’t be hard to manipulate down if there’s no demand to push the price up.
