some smoker is minipulating the price down again, a sell order foe 2.3 cents appeared before open then dissappeared cause their was a buy order for 2.4 cents they waited for that to be settled then sold theirs for 2.3, if i had any cash id buy a small parcel at 2.4 just to ruin their plans
