yes, he obviously is doing the ann about this after trading day on ASX before announcement so that the SP doesn’t take a hit as much. It’s a strategic move, but we will see what happens with the Europe/US OTC markets. My guess is he decided to make this announcement partially because NVX made an announcement about their grand opening.
