hmmm....interesting that they release this in advance of the SPP closing.
They did not specify any amounts (just materially higher.....and again this is their internal view).
I suspect for those paying attention, they are going to rush out and participate in the SPP especially if the price goes up (although how much buffer is sufficient should the offer fall through)?!?!
