    - Non-binding, can be withdrawn just as quickly
    - No naming of the potential buyer
    - No naming of the potential price
    - ‘Significant preliminary work already undertaken by both parties’ ie. MDR has known there would probably be an offer for a while yet still chose to do a cap raise at the lowest sp in the company’s history?

    Doesn’t sound like management is trustworthy/acting in the best interest of shareholders. The pump feels artificial. Be careful.
