What a load of BS!
Management won't want the options to expire without conversion taking place, as it's $6.37M worth of funding (425M VALOB are listed) that they will desperately need to further their exploration in Canada and Peru. Yeah, there's dilution involved with every option conversion event, but it'll be massively dilutive to raise at these prices anyway.
In my mind/experience, management will be doing EVERYTHING in their power to put the options into the money and get conversions happening. Time is running out, but I've got 5M reasons to hope for the best here!
