- This was NEVER an acquisition
- Its a 'backdoor listing' for a 'new' public listed company
- Meluka Australia is a failed business (Never made a profit), soon to be written off
- Lots of freebie shares been offered to the new management, if this fails they can sell and walkaway. Does Bill get any of the freebie shares???
- In regard to Nextract ED solution, it claims time to effectiveness 5-15mins but at the same time stating that clinical validation is pending. If you claim your product works faster where's the study to prove it!!! It's essentially a baseless claim.
- Clinical validation will take years and millions
