Nothing wrong with Titeline drilling, they are competent operators with expertise in deep diamond core drilling, they are also drilling way under the lake, not from the lake surface, the thing to watch out for is hitting an unconfined/unexpected aquifer and how the drillers handle that. Is your concern the proposed dip of the drill hole?
It is a high risk but high reward exploration drill target.
