I wonder who are the special shareholders getting the cheaper shares. I suppose some of them have been selling down their existing holdings to fund the placement.
Not a good sign of how small shareholders are likely to be treated.
Yes I know this is only 15 million shares, so a drop in the bucket compared to how many shares are out there already, but it is not a good signal to the market at a time when goldies are under pressure.
What will happen when they need more share placements and what will be the price for the shares to be listed in Canada.
It would not surprise me to see the share price back down at 14 cents very soon. We need some good news on the drilling in Peru for the market to get interested again in EVG.
