that's a great start and he's impressed the shareholders with the JV in India.

As long as he has us shareholders interests at heart and doesn't dilute them. We will benefit and so will tom who's lost around $1mill of value off his millions of shares.

managing directors have a lot of pressure and expectations placed on them and I'm sure roundy had no problem putting his hand up to take charge. With financial background too he seem best fit.

just can't wait to see how this year plays out!
