Sorry to see Tom go altogether - he had done a great job getting EVG to this juncture and its only natural to hand over the reins to Roundy who will be all guns blazing no doubt!
The recent photo of the crew inside our PGT plant painted a thousand words and set the scene for this new leadership team. Onwards and upwards. If I were Tom, I know I would be doing the same! Sit back and leave it to the younger guns!
