Seems to be some stubborn seller.
Looks like someone who participated soaking up the lows around 1.6c is taking their time to sell out and lock profits.
Not sure why they are stubborn on the selling when things are finally making a move.
Once it breaks 2.1c the hold signal turns to a buy.
Let’s see if it’s still going to be a soak sesh or if buyers will step up.
