Interesting - However, the offer was only for existing SHs. I don't think the wider Euroz Clients were offered shares at the capital raise. Again, as things start to line up better, why would you sell capping the price at a ridiculous valuation whilst taking a loss?? It's crazy to think that a $6m company is on the list for Europe as one of the most critical projects for their economic security, whilst ozzy punters who are shareholders sell their holdings because they want to claim tax losses. Ozzy punters love losing money... negative gearing on properties, capital loss offsets... for some reason it's become an "incentive" to lose money which is absurd. Once people realize that losing 66% of your money to get back 33% on a tax return is still a net loss, maybe we can see economic prosperity. The low IQ literacy around "just chuck it on ya tax mate and get money paid from the government" needs to change. Maybe then we will actually see prosperity as a nation rather than people holding back on organic growth due to uneducated "tax reasons"...
