That centre at risk of closure is a small player in the field. EVO is a big leader.
This is a one off event unrelated to childcare centres intrinsically affecting occupancy rates. If you think coronovirus will exist forever then yeah EVO isn't a good buy.
As these smaller centres fail EVO becomes stronger.
Go back to buying APPLE and TESLA shares and leave this one for the big boys
