Agreed - there is no compelling reason to buy at this point. There are still some big question marks around occupancy rates in NZ. This was an issue priori to Covid and there is precious little evidence of any change. The notion that they can use NZ for cash flow and expand into Aust from that is predicated on a number of factors .... none of them certain. Cash in the bank is the best thing going for EVO. Trading at a pre consolidation of 7.6 cents and not a peep from their former HC cheerleaders in months.
Agreed - there is no compelling reason to buy at this point....
