I wouldn’t say it’s a potential over estimation. Let’s be honest, their targets are unrealistic and way above what other apps experience.
I can almost guarantee that their next 4C will show no cash receipts from app revenue at all. Their excuse will be that funds are still held by Evolt. In this case, they should quantify the sales and total revenue generated to MYQ which will be paid by Evolt in subsequent periods.
If they don’t disclose this clearly in the June 4C, my guess is that revenue was immaterial and they are just trying to defer the bad news by another quarter. Two weeks should be enough to see if there is interest for the app or not.
