Great ann!

$2.99/user/month for initial 100K users of Evolt = $299K/month which is $3.6M for the first 12 months.
And in the ann they plan to get to all 500K users! Which would be incredible, making it $18M rev.

Probably not all 100% of users will take it up, but let's say half do, that's $9M rev on a company with MC of $30M now.
Their costs to acquire more users is very low given they did a JV with Evolt.
