It's actually highly unusual for a company to indicate revenue earned by another company in their own 4C. The purpose of a 4C is pretty straight forward and should not include speculation or funds that have not been audited. At best they can indicate funds they have sent an invoice for, but even that would be unofficial and should be added as a note rather than included in the report.
